I am thankful for... Agnes Baptist Church...the great services and the closeness these people have amazes me!

A few plans for the rest of the week... Tomorrow we are going to a lake with our neighbors, the kids are really exited.

For Today...

Outside my window... waiting for the sun to come up...It is still dark :)

I am thinking... About my week, reflecting on the weekend.

From the learning rooms... Austen will start getting ready for his oral presentation next week. His report is on 'Socialism'. Blake is learning to read!

I am thankful for... Answered Prayer (Wayne came to church Sunday) Friends (Becky & Carey), My children are healthy. I absolutely loved the church services yesterday, a huge blessing from God's Word!

From the kitchen... Breakfast: Eggs N Toast, Lunch: Sandwiches, Dinner: Casserole Dish and steamed veggies.

I am wearing... Still In My PJ's it's only 6am :)

I am reading... My Bible (Genesis & Romans), and The Love Dare

I am hoping... To have a smooth week, and to keep my house up. To please the Lord in all I do!

I am creating... I just got more ink for my computer, I am praying I can get the church scrapbook done by the last Sunday of this month for our church anniversary!

I am hearing... quietness all through the house.....so nice.

Around the house... Monday's cleaning: School Room, My Bedroom, Boys Bedroom, Weekend Laundry. Hubby specifically gave us things we need have done by the time he gets home.

For Today...

Outside my window... Inviting Blue Skies, calling me to spend some time outdoors today!
I am thinking... Getting all caught up from having the flu. I spent all day in bed yesterday.
From the learning rooms... A light day, Math and English, Getting caught up on correcting.
I am thankful for... My dear sweet hubby, He made Valentines day special.My sweet children, The flu bug has gone away.....the only one who has not got it is Austen. My grandma, I love her so very much she is a HUGE Blessing in my life! My friends, who love me dispight my shortcomings!
From the kitchen... A sink full of dishes awaiting for me to wash them!

Daybook~ Feb. 9th 2009

Blake got an award this week from his school for the best kindergarden runner, with the BEST attitude :) He was so exited to tell us all about it!



For Today...

Outside my window... Sun Is Up...It is going to be a beautiful, but cold day!
From the learning rooms... Blake has almost got all his letter/sounds down. But school room today is just about non-existent. The flu bug arrived yesterday to it's first victim...Blake :(
I am thankful for... Answered Prayer!!!! A dear sister called me last night to share the news her unsaved hubby brought the movie 'Fireproof' home. She is seeing God work in her husband, and she is so exited! We have had very similar experiences in our marriage. It has been a GREAT joy to share that God CAN save your marriage, and work through US to do so! She also shared that her father-in-law (who lives next door) is asking questions about Heaven and Hell. She thinks he is close to salvation. Praise God.....He is so good!!! Rejoicing for answered prayer.
